Tomi Adeyemi on the Joy of Being a Woman

In challenging times, it can be hard to feel truly joyful. So, how do some people manage to face difficult realities straight-on while still radiating authentic, even contagious joy?

New York Times best-selling author Tomi Adeyemi seems to have figured it out — and part of it has to do with embracing the joy of being a woman in this moment.

In this episode, Women Amplified host Lisa Bennett has a lively conversation about how being a woman — and having the courage to walk through fire — can bring true joy.
