Martha Beck on Moving Beyond Anxiety

What if creativity is a cure for anxiety?

That is the radical possibility bestselling author Martha Beck explores in her latest book, Beyond Anxiety. She says the two states–anxiety and creativity–simply cannot exist at the same time.

In this episode, Women Amplified host Lisa Bennett and Martha explore how society often makes us anxious today, how to address it in the workplace, and how simple creative practices can help break the cycle.

Martha also offers a guided practice that just might lower your blood pressure.
