VANICE HAYES is responsible for enabling an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they can be themselves and do their best work. She partners with leaders and employees across the organization to advance Dell’s culture of inclusion and build a workforce that better represents the customers we serve. During her 20 plus year career at Dell, Hayes has held a range of global and regional talent development and HR leadership roles. Hayes earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Master of Education Administration from Texas State University.
