Pinar Kip

PINAR KIP is a senior vice president at State Street, leading strategic enterprise business services.  Within this role, Kip is responsible for global location governance of State Street’s joint-venture operations, Mumbai operations and Lean Management Office. She is also the global head of design for the digital enterprise program, where she is responsible for transforming the operating model and organizational design, as well as driving business architecture and adoption of digitization solutions.  Kip serves on the board for the Professional Women’s Network and serves as an executive sponsor of Internal Mobility and Diversity Enrichment initiatives.   Prior to joining State Street, she was a strategy consultant with Booz & Company, focused on financial services industry, with expertise in capital markets. Additionally, Kip spent time in Bank of America Securities global structured finance division.  Kip earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science and management science from MIT.  @statestreet
