She is currently The LEGO Group’s chief diversity & inclusion officer and global head of wellbeing. Previously she was Tate & Lyle’s chief equity diversity & inclusion officer, Expedia’s global head of inclusion & diversity, and J.P. Morgan’s head of female client strategy. Von Stackelberg co-founded WealthiHer, Ashesi-Babson Micro-Fund, and SuperPitch (acquired by Diversity-X). She is on the Diversity Advisory Board for Delivery Hero, Trustee of Founders4Schools, Member of The Boardroom, and guest lecturer at London Business School.
