Christy Keswick is the Co-Founder and President of Good Sports, a national nonprofit committed to expanding access and equity in youth sports. Since co-founding the organization in 2003, she has helped grow Good Sports into a leading force for play access, providing more than $125 million in new equipment to over 10 million children in high-need communities. Christy oversees organizational strategy, business development, and marketing, forging deep partnerships across the sporting goods industry and professional sports to unlock transformative support for youth programs nationwide. Before launching Good Sports, she worked as a management consultant advising companies on strategy and operations. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Business, she brings a strong blend of business acumen, social-impact leadership, and a commitment to developing future changemakers. Her leadership has been recognized with major honors, including Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers: Women in Sports Business award, the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Alliance’s Excellence Award for Social Impact, and a place on Inc. Magazine’s Female Founders 500 list.
