Our show is divided into HUBs: Learning, Community, Wellness, Career and Women-Owned Business.
If you feel you have been assigned to the wrong HUB, please notify us immediately and we will look at the possibility of changing your HUB.
Note that the layout is subject to change until show day and the Conference reserves the right to move your assigned booth space, if necessary.
*Blue boxes inside booths are electrical ports and will only be activated IF exhibitors orders, and pays, for electricity.
Agenda
For the most updated version of our attendee schedule, view the online Agenda. Remember, the sessions are available to attendees only, and your exhibit hall only passes do NOT grant you access. If you are interested in attending the sessions, be sure to purchase attendee tickets separate from your booth, but do it soon as we are just about to sell out!
Busiest times in the exhibit hall will be 8:00am-10:30am and 1:15pm-5:00pm.
Food
Food for exhibitors will be available for purchase on show day only. Your booth does not include any food.
Food for distribution is limited to the manufacturer or distributor of the food item and is subject to strict rules and health department fees. Advanced permission to distribute food or beverage must be provided at least 30 days in advance by the Conference for Women, Massachusetts Convention & Exhibition Center, and the Boston Health Department. For those who are interested in sampling food onsite please contact us by 11/1 to receive more information.
Lead Retrieval
Each attendee badge has a QR code that includes their name, email and company. You can use your own QR readers, or purchase our app through Captello.
The Captello app will provide you with a list at the end of the day of all badges that you scanned as well as the ability to email and track information regarding these attendees.
