The attire is business casual. You may also want to be photo-ready in case you take a professional headshot or other photo opportunity. We always recommend wearing comfortable shoes!

- Reusable Water Bottle – Refill stations are available on the main concourse in the Dell Club and Indeed club.
- Your Resume – Take advantage of our complimentary Resume Review as part of our CareerWorks offering in the Germania Club on the lower level. Advance sign-up is required onsite. Space is limited and appointments are first-come, first-served.

Yes, we have the Learning Lab, which offers a combined Learning and Wellbeing stage. These mini masterclasses offer bite-sized actionable takeaways on career, leadership, health and wellness topics. Presentations are 10-minutes and the audience Q&A is 5 minutes.
Space is extremely limited (~150 seats / standing room) and is first come, first served. Sessions take place throughout the day
Complimentary 1:1 Career Coaching, Resume Review, and Headshots are part of our CareerWorks offering and will take place in the Germania Club on the lower level throughout the day — except during the Keynote Sessions.
Advance sign-up is required by joining our virtual waiting line onsite (instructions will be available closer to the event). Space is limited and appointments are first-come, first-served from 8:00 AM–10:15 AM and 1:20 PM–5:00 PM.

Yes, all Conference attendees will be required to pass through security (and magnetometers) upon entry.
We do NOT have a clear bag policy—all types of bags are allowed and all are subject to search.
Yes, a mobile coat check will be available outside (prior to going through security) at the Dell Technologies Plaza. The cost is $5 per checked item.
*Large bags and suitcases will not be permitted into the Moody Center and you will be required to check them to enter the venue.
The Keynote Sessions and Power Talks will be closed-captioned.

There is a nursing pod available on the main concourse near portal 10.

Men’s restrooms will be limited, as most have been converted to women’s. Locations will be posted here before Conference Day.
