What if the moments that throw us off course are actually the ones that shape us most as leaders? Drawing from her deeply personal story and her book The Other Side of Change, Maya explores how life’s unexpected detours—even the ones that derail our best-laid plans—can unlock untapped resilience and deeper purpose. Whether you’re guiding a team through a transition or facing your own turning point, this session will spark new perspectives and help you to grow into the leader you’re meant to be.

How do I sign up for Career Coaching / Resume Review?

Advance sign-up is required by joining our virtual waiting line onsite (instructions will be available closer to the event). Space is limited and appointments are first-come, first-served from 8:00 AM–10:15 AM and 1:20 PM–5:00 PM.

Where can I find a list of this year’s exhibitors?

A current list of exhibitors can be found on the CFW App, and a directory will be available in the Interactive Hall onsite.

How can I stay connected before and after the event?

Connect with us on LinkedIn, like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram, and tune into our podcast, Women Amplified.

Use the CFW App to easily find and connect with fellow attendees.
