Tunde Oyeneyin is a Texas native of Nigerian descent, New York Times bestselling author, and elite Peloton cycling and bike bootcamp instructor. Known for her high-energy and empowering approach, Oyeneyin has built a career centered on helping individuals unlock confidence, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Prior to joining Peloton, Oyeneyin spent more than 15 years as a professional makeup artist and brand educator for some of the world’s most sought-after beauty brands, a role she describes as “gifting people with confidence.” Throughout her childhood and into adulthood, she struggled with body image and self-esteem, until fitness offered her a new form of self-love and personal empowerment.
After beginning her career as a cycling instructor in Los Angeles, Oyeneyin earned a coveted position on Peloton’s instructor team, where she now trains up to 20,000 live riders on any given day. Her classes are known for combining physical challenge with the importance of “soul care.”
Oyeneyin is the author of Speak, released in May 2022, which debuted as a New York Times bestseller and reached #1 on Amazon’s Movers and Shakers and New Releases lists. The book introduces her S.P.E.A.K. philosophy—Surrender, Power, Empathy, Authenticity, and Knowledge. In addition to her writing and teaching, Oyeneyin hosts the Instagram Live series SPEAK, has partnered with brands including Nike and Revlon, and has been featured on The TODAY Show, The New York Times, Vogue, and Vanity Fair.
