Tom German

Tom German is a senior wellness coach for Wellness Coaches USA, a nationally recognized leader in on-site wellness coaching.  He has spent the past two years working with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the Philadelphia region.  German is passionate about promoting mindfulness based stress management, working with employees in both individual and group settings. He coaches employees to take a proactive approach to managing stress in the workplace by utilizing a variety of proven strategies.  As a result, AstraZeneca employees have achieved significant improvements in stress levels, as well as improved sleep and weight loss resulting in increased energy and improved productivity for better performance at work and greater satisfaction in their personal lives. @wc_usa
