Tiffany Tavarez

Executive Insights: Senior-Career Stage

Tiffany Tavarez is Vice President of Community Impact and Strategic Partnerships for the Jefferson Office of Community Health & Impact, where she leads efforts to align community impact, health equity, and engagement initiatives across the organization. Her career spans leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Exelon, Comcast, Temple University, and The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage. She has been recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement by the Philadelphia Business Journal, Philadelphia Youth Basketball, Salvation Army Eastern Pennsylvania, Mann Center for the Performing Arts, Metro Philadelphia, and City & State Pennsylvania, among others. In 2023, Tavarez was selected as a Marshall Memorial Fellow through the German Marshall Fund, which fosters international collaboration and understanding of transatlantic relations. Through the fellowship, she engaged with leaders across Moldova, Italy, Belgium, and Germany. She currently serves as Vice Chair of Esperanza and is Board Emerita of Monument Lab. A first-generation college graduate, she holds degrees from Temple University and University of the Arts.
