Terri Gillespie

Terri Gillespie serves as Chief Counsel for Stateside Brands and is an experienced attorney, executive leader, and trusted advisor to business organizations. Throughout her career, she has helped companies navigate legal, compliance, and workplace issues while championing practical leadership and people-centered decision-making. Having built her career in a traditionally male-dominated profession, Terri is passionate about mentoring women leaders, fostering inclusive workplaces, and helping professionals develop the confidence to lead authentically. She currently oversees legal and regulatory affairs for Stateside Brands and regularly partners with executive teams on strategic business initiatives. Terri earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also a proud mother of three and understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come with balancing a demanding career, family life, and personal growth.
