Tanisha M. Sullivan

Tanisha M. Sullivan has spent her career standing where law, business, health, and civil rights meet, and that vantage point has never mattered more. As AI reshapes how healthcare gets delivered, the risk of baking old inequities into new systems is real, and so is the opportunity to close long-standing gaps. Ms. Sullivan has become a recognized solutions forward voice on this topic as she draws on her work leading health equity efforts at Sanofi, decades of legal practice, and her civic leadership across the country. Ms. Sullivan brings deep expertise in designing policy solutions that strengthen communities and expand opportunities. She previously served as a lecturer at Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education and a Berry Institute of Politics fellow at Salem State University. She chairs Governor Maura Healey’s Advisory Council on Black Empowerment, serves on the Advisory Board of the Boston College Law School Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy, and contributed to several public health task forces. She’s received multiple civic leadership recognitions including the Boston Business Journal 40 under 40, Boston Business Journal Power 50, Boston Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Bostonians, BLOC 100, and GK100. She holds a BA from the University of Virginia, a JD and MBA from Boston College, and leadership certifications from Harvard Business School.
