Tamara Fields is the U.S. Public Service Industry Lead at Accenture, where she helps government agencies deliver better outcomes through operational transformation, digital modernization, and generative AI. As the Austin Office Managing Director, she drives local strategy, fosters client and civic partnerships, and champions talent engagement across the region. With over two decades of experience delivering large-scale, cross-sector solutions, she is known for combining innovation with impact.
An Austin native and proud University of Texas graduate, Tamara serves on the McCombs School of Business Advisory Board, is President of the Texas Conference for Women, and sits on the Board and Finance Committee of Paul Quinn College. She previously served on the Austin Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Chamber’s Executive Leadership Award, Texas Exes Black Alumni Legacy Alumnus of the Year, and inclusion in the Austin Business Journal’s Texas 100 and Power Players lists.
