Shabana Walker is Vice President of Engineering Operations for Comcast’s Tri-State Region, where she leads construction, restoration, network expansion, and operational excellence across a multi-state footprint. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Shabana has held diverse roles spanning engineering, construction, customer operations, customer experience, strategy, analytics, sales support, and technology. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Shabana is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving transformational change. She has successfully led large-scale infrastructure programs, complex organizational integrations, and multimillion-dollar capital investments while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Shabana holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from The Pennsylvania State University. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for operational excellence, transformative leadership, and her commitment to developing future leaders.
