Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch is the slightly more “free-form” yang to Buttoned Up business partner Alicia Rockmore’s organized yin. A recovering “yo-yo organizer,” Welch is a seasoned entrepreneur who is used to juggling multiple projects (and companies) without breaking a sweat. Before striking out on her own, Welch was a Mad Woman, helping to create great advertising for clients like Kellogg’s, General Motors and Ragu Pasta Sauce. Welch and her husband, Gardiner, also a successful entrepreneur, live in Westchester County, New York with their sons William and Lachlan.
