Roxana Strohmenger

ROXANA STROHMENGER, CCXP is a VP of CX Strategy at UKG. She brings 15+ years of experience as a practitioner and thought leader focused on designing and executing innovative CX transformation initiatives that tap into the six core CX competencies and leveraging best practices to create a differentiated, high-quality experience that creates, sustains, and expands customer loyalty. Strohmenger is a board member of the CXPA and a CX award winner for her and her team’s CX strategy work at UKG.
