Rosalia Bucaro Polizzi is a seasoned retail executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and transforming category-defining brands, including Bloomingdale’s, Rue Gilt Groupe, and QVC Group. Known for blending strategic vision with operational discipline, she has consistently driven growth by evolving merchandising strategies, enhancing digital engagement, and strengthening brand positioning in a rapidly changing retail landscape. Her global perspective, supported by fluency in Italian, has enabled her to expand international partnerships and deepen reach across European luxury and contemporary markets. At Rue Gilt Groupe, Rosalia served as EVP of Merchandising, where she led the successful integration of Gilt and Rue La La into a dual-platform model that enhanced portfolio strength and profitability. Now as Chief Merchant at QVC GRP, she oversees a $10B+ business, leading buying, planning, merchandising operations, and digital expansion while guiding a team of more than 500 professionals. Rosalia is also a former member of the National Retail Federation’s Digital Council, contributing to the future of omnichannel retail.
