Regina A. Hairston is President & CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce, where she champions economic equity and expands opportunities for Black-owned businesses across the region. She leads the Chamber’s efforts to provide advocacy, strategic partnerships, and resources that help entrepreneurs and professionals grow and succeed.

With a distinguished career in public service, government, fundraising, and public policy, Regina has held leadership roles including fundraiser for West Catholic Preparatory High School, registered lobbyist with Bellevue Strategies, and First Deputy Register of Wills. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing economic development and creating equitable opportunities for underserved communities.

Regina holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and is widely recognized as a collaborative leader dedicated to strengthening businesses, empowering communities, and driving inclusive economic growth.
