Rashmi Sawarkar

RASHMI SAWARKAR is a Software Engineering Manager at Roche. She is responsible for leading engineers to deliver quality software for Digital Pathology. Rashmi started her career as a software engineer in Motorola with the compilers group. As the software development moved from workstation to cloud, she moved to cloud-based software development and transitioned to a leadership position helping engineers deliver cloud-based products. Before joining Roche, Sawarkar worked at JPMorgan Chase, Ciena, and AT&T. Sawarkar received a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication from Amravati University in India. She believes in building strong, diverse teams that innovate and solve complex problems. @roche
