Rachel Jaffe Mauceri is a Philadelphia-based corporate bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience advising clients in complex domestic and international restructurings. Known for her collaborative approach and strong client relationships, she regularly appears in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, distressed transactions, secured lending matters, and bankruptcy litigation. Rachel has extensive experience representing official committees, debtors, lenders, agents, trustees, pension and health plans, bidders and other stakeholders across a wide range of industries, including health care, retail, energy, real estate, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Her recent creditor committee representations include Salt House (Food52), Alachua Government Services, Aldrich Pump/Murray Boiler, Mariner Health Central, Mallinckrodt plc, and Corp Group Banking S.A. Rachel is recognized by Chambers, IFLR1000, and The Legal 500 US and was named one of the Global M&A Network’s Top 50 Restructuring Lawyers for 2026. She also received 2024 M&A Advisor Awards honors for her work on the Mariner Health Central restructuring. A frequent speaker and author on bankruptcy developments, Rachel serves on the Board of Trustees of the Turnaround Management Association (Global) and has held numerous leadership roles within the organization. Before joining Robinson+Cole, she practiced at two AmLaw 50 firms, in New York and Philadelphia, respectively.
