PIYA SIRCAR is currently the US franchise head for gastroenterology, allergy & rhinology at Sanofi. She is a commercial and scientific biopharma leader with over 15 years of experience launching and commercializing drugs across therapeutic areas and geographies, including US, Europe and Asia. She started her career as a strategy consultant with L.E.K. Consulting where she led teams engaging with top biopharma companies. Sircar brings a breadth of expertise across marketing, operations, corporate strategy, and R&D portfolio management. Trained as an immunologist, Sircar is passionate about harnessing ground-breaking science to transform lives. She is a purpose-driven people leader committed to building diverse and inclusive teams that boldly embrace innovation and pursue the future. Sincar holds a PhD in immunology from Harvard Medical School and MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Kaplan Life Sciences Fellow. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College.
