Olga Lidenko

Olga is an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys transforming organizations and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. With a passion for software technology and innovation, she has dedicated her career to helping organizations execute strategy in the most effective and efficient way. Olga’s professional journey in technology began more than 25 years ago at a startup in Ukraine. Since then, she has served in senior leadership roles across both business and technology functions, including Director, Vice President, and COO positions. A graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Olga is committed to putting its mission of developing principled, innovative leaders who improve the world into action through her daily work. As Vice President, R&D PMO at PTC, she leads impactful change that helps deliver better products and services to customers around the globe. Olga focuses on driving excellence in execution, improving processes, building data-driven insights to support decision-making, and fueling innovation across PTC’s Products organization. She is a strong advocate for collaboration and teamwork, a passionate people developer, and an active mentor to early-career women. Through her contributions to Women@PTC’s Mentorship Program, she has helped many colleagues advance their careers. Olga is committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and building meaningful professional connections.
