Nikki Michelle Jones

Nikki M. Jones is a seasoned people and culture executive with over 30 years of professional business experience, including 16 years in the not-for-profit sector. She currently serves as the Chief People, Data, & Research Strategy Officer at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), where she leads the development and execution of the organization’s people strategy for professional staff and drives the data and research strategy for the HBA Think Tank. Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabeth City State University. She is a certified human resource professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In recognition of her leadership and impact, Nikki was named a Bloc Vanguard Honoree and was included in the “100 Most Impactful Women of Color & Allies Shaping The Future of Healthcare, Life Sciences, & Biopharma” list. Nikki is dedicated to inspiring others to make a positive impact and actively volunteers in her church’s women’s ministry and serves as Chair of the YWCA Princeton’s Board of Directors.
