Nicole Stovall

VP, Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence, Merck

Nicole Stovall has been appointed Vice President of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence (CoE) effective March 10, 2025. Since joining the CoE in January 2024 as Associate Vice President for GD&I Strategy and Innovation, she has played a crucial role in integrating inclusive practices into HR automation and AI tools, ensuring unbiased outcomes. Nicole brings 24 years of diverse experience from the Offices of the General Counsel, where she steadily advanced in scope and responsibility and provided strategic counsel to senior executives and HR leadership on critical employment and D&I matters. Her reputation as a strategic, respected, and empathetic leader is reflected in her ability to cultivate strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams and regions, driving positive outcomes that resonate with our core values. Nicole earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
