Nicole Stephenson, IOM is a transformational speaker, communications expert, and founder of Narrativa Consulting who empowers audiences to redefine success and lead with authenticity. A part-time Lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, she equips leaders, teams, and emerging professionals with the communication and organizational skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Nicole is the author of Unapologetic: Boldly Lead the Life and Career You Deserve, a practical guide to building a career and life rooted in courage, confidence, and purpose. With more than 15 years of experience spanning marketing, sales, operations, events, and leadership, she combines strategic expertise with engaging storytelling and actionable insights that inspire lasting growth.

Her work has earned numerous honors, including being named one of Main Line Today’s 2024 Power Women, receiving the Woman’s Achievement Award from the Delaware County Women’s Commission, the Rebecca Gross Alumni Award from Lock Haven University, and Sigma Kappa Sorority’s 35 Under 35 Award.
