Myrna Estrada is a dynamic insurance executive who turns ambitious goals into measurable results. Celebrating her 41st work anniversary, she brings rare institutional knowledge and enduring commitment to her role as Senior Vice President and Field Executive at Liberty Mutual, where she leads 78 sales professionals across a six state Central Region and helped scale a distribution book from $350M to $3.5B. Myrna pairs strong financial stewardship with people first leadership—cultivating a high performing, growth mindset culture that embraces continuous reinvention and accelerates talent development across her ten member leadership team. A visible DEI advocate and community leader, she has served for more than 10 years as Executive Co-Sponsor of the Amigos ERG, is on the board of the Texas Conference for Women, and other national DEI boards, and brings a passionate, inclusive perspective to every room.
