MONICA MURARKA is an executive coach and embodied leadership teacher with 25 years of experience advising leaders on strategy, operations, talent, and organizational challenges. She has held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, including Head of the McKinsey Talent Network and Chief Operations Officer for the CEO Excellence Practice. Monica runs Amplify Yourself, a boutique coaching firm, serves as a Senior Leadership Consultant for Mobius Executive Leadership, and teaches at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics. A dedicated practitioner of embodiment and personal development, Monica has spent over two decades studying leadership, energy practices, and trauma healing across various disciplines. Her mission is to help individuals uncover, connect, and amplify their potential to live with purpose. She works with executives and teams to develop skills and practices that foster alignment, congruence, and a deeply embodied approach to leadership.
