Monica Moody-Wrenn

MONICA MOODY-WRENN is senior manager, human resources with PECO Energy, where she has been employed for over 30 years. In her current position, she oversees a team of HR professionals responsible for various aspects and levels of human resources work.  She is responsible for partnering with executive and senior leadership of PECO to provide professional, consultative HR guidance and support to help drive business results with the ultimate goal of building business capabilities. Moody-Wrenn serves in a lead role for the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts.  She is a key thought leader, driver and strategic partner in building an inclusive workforce and culture for PECO. Previously, she served in other HR professional and leadership roles of increasing responsibility, and also worked in a business leader role in Exelon as the manager, document services. Moody-Wrenn currently chairs PECO’s Explorers post program, an afterschool program for mentoring of high school students in the Philadelphia area.  She also serves as a lead in PECO’s commitment to fundraising for the annual “Light the Night Walk” in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Moody-Wrenn is a graduate of Philadelphia University and Community College of Philadelphia, and is also a graduate of the Leadership Philadelphia Program. @pecoconnect
