Molly Cunningham

Molly Cunningham is Head of Lifetime Financial Help within Fidelity Investments’ Workplace Investing business, where she leads a suite of solutions designed to help individuals build financial confidence and improve overall financial well-being. Her team oversees offerings focused on financial wellness, retirement income, and goal-based planning, helping people make informed financial decisions at every stage of life. Prior to her current role, Molly served as Head of Human Resources for Fidelity Wealth and previously led HR for Fidelity’s Personal Investing organization, where she guided large-scale talent, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives. Before joining Fidelity in 2021, she was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising financial services organizations on leadership, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University. She lives in the Boston area with her husband, three daughters, and their yellow lab, Sydney.
