Michelle Tepper joined the Exude team in 2009 as the Director of Strategic Relationships, bringing a strong focus on marketing and corporate strategy. In her current role, she partners with CEOs and CFOs to strategically design and implement effective employee benefits strategies. After years of mentoring female leaders individually, particularly those in the non-profits, Michelle launched an educational Women’s Series to bring women together in a space that fosters connection, learning, and inspiration. Through candid conversations about challenges and successes, participants gain perspective, build confidence, and find practical strategies for growth. By hearing from innovative entrepreneurs and extraordinary leaders, women are encouraged to dream bigger, lead boldly, and create meaningful impact.
Prior to joining Exude, Michelle spent 17 years in the assisted living industry. She currently serves on two boards: Life Sciences Cares Philadelphia and Family Support
