Michelle Hilger is General Manager of Technical Services & Innovation for Midstream at Phillips 66, where she leads high-performing operational teams. A degreed industrial engineer with over 20 years in the oil and gas industry, Hilger has held leadership roles in Business Transformation, Logistics, Gulf Coast Operations, and Pipeline Integrity. She is known for her strategic problem-solving and passion for optimizing systems. Michelle represents Phillips 66 on the API Pipeline Safety Excellence Steering Committee and is a member of the LEPA-API Leaders Group. Committed to talent development, she sponsors the Midstream engineering talent management team and actively mentors emerging leaders. Outside of work, Michelle is a dedicated mother of four and volunteers in her community, balancing professional excellence with personal engagement.
