MELISSA NICHOLAS leads global diversity recruiting at Oracle. She brings 24 years of recruiting experience and is always passionate about finding pathways to opportunities for candidates from ALL backgrounds. Before getting into diversity recruiting, she led campus programs at technical and healthcare companies. More recently, Nicholas supported international events recruiting at Amazon. It was at Amazon where she found her value in building diversity recruiting programs to get more women and underrepresented talent into technical roles. Nicholas has been at Oracle for almost 4 years and excited for the potential with her amazing global team. She has spent most of her career in the Pacific Northwest, most recently moving to Bellevue, WA with her husband and bunny.
