Portrait of KJ Dell’Antonia

KJ Dell’Antonia

KJ DELL’ANOTNIA edited the Motherlode column for the New York Times for five years. This experience taught her this: family can be a source of joy, not stress. Her reporting and research on parental happiness led to her book, How to Be a Happier Parent: Raising a Family, Having a Life and Loving (Almost) Every Minute. She writes regularly on the personal and policy aspects of parenthood for the New York Times and other publications, and sends out a weekly tiny letter on being a happier parent (even when she’s not). She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, four children and assorted horses, chickens, dogs and cats. @kjdellantonia
