Kirsten Kuykendoll

Kirsten Kuykendoll is currently the Head of Workplace Health Strategy & Solution Services at Fidelity Investments, where she leads enterprise strategy, program management, data and insights, operational services, and change enablement capabilities that help accelerate business outcomes across the organization. A strategic and people-centered leader with more than 20 years at Fidelity, Kirsten has built a reputation for translating strategy into execution, improving decision-making, strengthening governance, and leading sustainable transformation across complex organizations. She is recognized for her ability to build alignment, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver measurable results. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles spanning talent, associate experience, procurement, operations, and process improvement. A strong advocate for growth and development, Kirsten believes people perform at their best when they feel seen, trusted, and met with authenticity. She serves as Co-Executive Sponsor for Pride and is a member of the Advisory Council for Fidelity’s Women’s Leadership Group.
