Binette is also a certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, and an Author. Binette is head of the IT Program Management Office (PMO) and the product owner for the application that supports the PMO standards. Her role is to ensure all processes and the product roadmap are fit for purpose within technology. Binette is a champion for DEI, a member of the Black Leaders Cohort and a mentor.
