Kernika Gupta

Kernika Gupta turns Independence Blue Cross (IBX) leadership priorities into action. She drives some of the organization’s most visible and meaningful initiatives, from health equity to community investment to executive engagement. She provides focus and follow-through to complex efforts, connecting the IBX team with community partners to make sure that decisions lead to results. Kernika holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Public Health from Bryn Mawr College and a joint Master of Public Health and MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
