Kenya T. Boswell

Kenya T. Boswell is the Senior Vice President of Community Affairs for Highmark Health and President of the Highmark Foundation. Highmark Health, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is a blended health organization that includes one of America’s largest Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers and a growing regional hospital and physician network. The Highmark Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the health and resilience of communities served by Highmark, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Ms. Boswell has more than 20 years of leading community affairs, philanthropic and nonprofit management. She oversees community affairs for Highmark Health’s markets across Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and New York. Previously, she served as Director of Global Impact Citizenship at BNY Mellon and President of the BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern PA. Ms. Boswell has been named a Woman of Influence and one of the 20 people to know in Healthcare by the Pittsburgh Business Times.  She is a member of the International Women’s Forum Pittsburgh.
