Kelly Firment

Kelly Firment serves as president of Bank of America Delaware, where she connects clients, teammates and communities to the full power of the franchise by driving collaboration across the company’s eight lines of business. She leads efforts to expand market share, strengthen local connections and deepen client relationships. Kelly also leads the end-to-end servicing experience for small business, business owner and vehicle lending clients. Her organization delivers high-tech, high-touch service that strengthens relationships while championing both the client and employee experience. Since joining Bank of America in 1988, Kelly has held leadership roles across operations, strategic planning, marketing and talent acquisition. She has launched new business sectors and driven growth through data-driven marketing, client segmentation and disciplined execution. A passionate advocate for education and community impact, Kelly serves on the board of Great Oaks Charter School in Wilmington and has supported higher education initiatives at West Chester University and the University of Delaware. She helped expand the University of Delaware/Bank of America Mentorship Program to record participation levels and currently serves as co-chair of the Delaware Community Foundation’s Opportunity for All Committee. She is also chair emeritus of the Delaware Community Foundation.
