Kelli Kirwin is a senior director of global software sales at Cisco with nearly 15 years of experience at the company and over 25 years in technology sales. She has a strong track record of incubating and scaling new market opportunities, maniacally focused on driving customer lifetime value. Kirwin excels at building high-performing teams, fostering relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating vision to maximize growth. Before her current role, she led teams across Cisco’s global software, services, and customer success areas. Prior to Cisco, Kirwin was a senior consultant at Silverback Technologies and a partner development manager at American Power Conversion. She serves on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Conference for Women. Kirwin earned her BS from the University of Rhode Island and has pursued executive education at Harvard University.
