KATIE MAZUK is vice president of patient experience and customer solutions at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines where she leads the organization responsible for developing innovative approaches and services that enhance each patient’s experience with J&J medicines to support them in achieving their best possible health outcome. Throughout her 17-year J&J career spanning three operating companies, two continents, and across commercial, R&D, and supply chain, Mazuk has built and led organizations focused on improving patient and healthcare professionals’ experiences with products, solutions, services, and clinical research. Mazuk is passionate about women’s leadership advancement both at J&J and around the world. She is the global co-chair of J&J’s Women’s Leadership & Inclusion Employee Resource Group (ERG), chapter sponsor of the GEN NOW ERG, and a sponsor and mentor for many talented women in healthcare. Mazuk earned her BS from Clemson University and her MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
