Kathy has an extensive career spanning 37 years at Johnson & Johnson, with expertise in Human Resources, Global Education Solutions, and Customer Experience. Currently she manages a team of very talented individuals who are responsible for the operations, customer experience, AV and brand promotion for six J&J Institutes in NA where Health Care Professionals (HCPs) participate in hands-on medical education. She collaborates with teams across all 22 Global J&J Institutes to build excellence and consistency in process, service and experience for every guest and HCP we serve.
She leads local community programs on campus such as Take Our Children to Work Day, Thanksgiving Meal Drive and the 37 year sponsorship of City Year Boston.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology from Stonehill College. She and her husband Joe are the proud parents of two amazing daughters, Emma and Colleen and a dog named Ollie.
