Kathleen Keyes is a seasoned analytics and AI professional with 30 years of experience. She is currently the Managing Director of AI at United Airlines, focusing on building and scaling AI-driven product portfolios that unlock customer value and accelerate business outcomes. Kathleen has held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Keurig Dr Pepper, Abbott Nutrition, Beam Suntory, The Kellogg Company, and Kraft Foods. She holds a dual master’s degree in international business and marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degrees in marketing and computer science from DePaul University Chicago. Kathleen is a mother of two and lives in the suburbs of Chicago.
