Kathleen is a Managing Director and Senior Market Executive for Bank of America Private Bank, overseeing the New England market, including Greater Boston, New Hampshire, Maine, CT and Upper NY. In this role, she delivers investment, credit and banking services, wealth structuring, and individual and institutional philanthropic services to Bank of America ultra-high net worth clients. As a Senior Market Executive, Kathleen promotes integration between The Private Bank, Consumer, Corporate, and Commercial Banking. She is the Executive Sponsor of the Boston chapter of IGEN for Bank of America, an official LGBTQ+ ally, and member of the Diversity Inclusion (D&I) Council.
Kathleen has nearly 30 years of leadership experience with Bank of America and its predecessor institutions. Previously, she managed the Boston Metro West Business Banking Group, supporting business owners with financial strategies, including ownership transitions. Earlier, she was a Credit Banker for healthcare and higher education sectors, working with many of New England’s leading universities and health systems. Kathleen began her career as a Relationship Manager in New York City. She holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University and a J.D. from New York Law School, and practiced law representing banks in commercial transactions. Active in the community, she serves on the Boston Symphony Orchestra board and supports the Campaign for Catholic Schools. She lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts with her family.
