Kate Masschelein

KATE MASSCHELEIN has over 20 years of experience in MedTech and fast-moving consumer goods industries, with a broad range of functional experiences, including sales, local-, regional- and global marketing, as well as general and supply chain management across Europe and North America. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 2003 and has a passion for making healthcare innovation digital and sustainable. Her career has taken her to Scotland, France, United Kingdom and the US. Prior to J&J she worked for Procter & Gamble in sales and key account management. In her most recent role as Global President for the ETHICON Energy devices platform, Masschelein was responsible for designing and implementing strategies to deliver highly differentiated products, long-term growth and world-leading market position for the portfolio. Today, she is the Global Head for Digital Solutions in Santa Clara where she leads a portfolio of digital solutions focused on improving patient outcomes and driving OR efficiencies.
