With a foundation in educational fundraising and managing advancement offices both large and small, Kate is now supporting BLOCS as the Director of Marketing and Communications. BLOCS is the leading Scholarship Organization in Pennsylvania and specializes in creating need-based scholarships through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. Through purposeful engagement and clear communication, the BLOCS team invites their partners and donors to create and participate in a culture of philanthropy.
