Kate Dobbs

KATE DOBBS has the privilege to serve as senior vice president of marketing and communications for Fresenius Medical Care North America. Once told by one of her teammates, “if you were a piece of jewelry, you’d be a skull ring,” Dobbs understands if you don’t develop your own personal brand, it will be done for you. She’s a strong advocate for taking control of your own career, and believes one aspect of doing so is proactively establishing your brand, which is best done by being your authentic self. Dobbs joined Fresenius Medical Care in 2016. Prior to that, she worked for Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Staples, Inc. She earned a BBA from Washburn University in Kansas, an MBA from Regis University in Colorado, and a postgraduate certificate in sustainable business from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. @FMCNAnews
