Karen Giotis is Vice President of Integration at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the flawless integration of Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc, the largest-ever Neuroscience acquisition and one that will deliver strategic near- and long-term growth for Johnson & Johnson.
As a seasoned healthcare leader with a passion for improving patient lives through innovation, Karen has a proven track record of leading and inspiring commercial organizations to successfully deliver healthcare innovations that enhance patient lives and improve business outcomes. Throughout her 25-year career at Johnson & Johnson, Karen has consistently delivered strong results across multiple functions, therapeutic areas and regions within North America Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on strategy, execution, talent development, and a culture of high performance and engagement.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Cornell University. Karen lives in New Jersey with her husband John and young daughters Isabella and Katerina.
