Jill Calabrese Bain

JILL CALABRESE BAIN is the general manager and head of small business sales for Bank of America merchant services. In this role, she is responsible for managing small business from an end- to-end perspective, leading sales and the oversight, development and delivery of critical business priorities. Bain joined the Bank of America in 1992, and has been in the financial services industry for 24 years. Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Bank of America, including head of small business sales, lead for employee banking and investments and affinity banking, as well as serving as the head of strategic planning for preferred and small business banking. She also held the role of chief operating officer for corporate banking. She has served as the co-executive sponsor for the LEAD for Women Virtual Chapter and the executive sponsor for the Consumer Leadership Program. She participates in several mentoring programs and volunteer initiatives. Bain currently serves on the advisory board of the National Association of Women Business Owners and serves as the co-chair of Bank of America’s Domestic Violence Task Force. Bain graduated from Tufts University with an M.S. in economics and earned a B.S. in economics from Clark University. @bankofamerica
