Jacquin is a Supply Chain and Procurement leader with expertise in direct and indirect procurement, end-to-end operations management, and external manufacturing. She has an established track record of developing and executing strategic solutions that manage and improve overall cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency. Jacquin is currently the Director for Global Supply Chain and Procurement at dsm-firmenich Biomedical, where she leads a high-performing cross-functional team driving strategic sourcing, supply chain resilience, and operational excellence to support business growth, innovation, and sustainability. Jacquin is also the newly appointed co-lead for EMBRACE, a diverse network of dsm-firmenich employees collectively working together to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive culture for African-American/Black employees through education, networking, and career development. Jacquin earned her B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida A&M University, and her M.B.A. degree from the University of North Florida. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Jacquin is originally from Boston, MA and currently resides in New Jersey. She strongly believes in living a life of continuous improvement and purpose, positively connecting with society to make a difference for all of humanity.
